At SOVERE / STUDIO, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. All garments must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all designer tags still attached.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized postage drop-off point and retain your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our team.
